Yep, he has a year.
Don't make this into a story right now. No one is interested.

...It has been a while.
In recent weeks, Mike and I have been absent from our written outpour of opinions. We have failed to provide commentary on a number of highly publicized and over communicated events in the world of sports.
Why?
Well, I have been addicted to words with friends. Instead of typing words - I have been dragging tiles around on a colorful board attempting to earn points. And Mike, well, he is over-worked.
So I will comment on a few sport events that I have come and gone. Why? Because Mike went to sleep and I am bored. And no one is playing WWF with me right now. My foes have lives.
1. Junior Seau
Sarah: This whole story makes my bottom lip pop out, my eyes droop, and my heart hurt. I love football. I really do. But it is dangerous. And I sort of believe that he had issues because of excessive concussions. The NFL should do more to protect these guys. Otherwise, football fans will experience this sadness and empathy attack annually (if not more).
2. Mike Greenberg's fake dancing with the stars crap
Sarah: Yeah, Greeny really enjoyed that sparkly top a little too much. And if I have to see that clip of him shaking his hips with a confused look on his face ONE MORE TIME - I will flip the channel and watch fox news.
3. The Knicks Play....Off experience
Sarah: They had some injuries, yes. A player did punch a fire extinguisher. But Knicks fans should not have false hope about this team. It is like cheering for the Jets every year to win the Super Bowl. They just aren't there yet. Yes, they have talent. That is undeniable. But they are inconsistent and lack the cerebral aspect of the game on the offensive side of the ball. They play street ball - or talent ball. Until they play as a unit, they will always fall short. And they should probably put some effort into defense. Well, Amare should attempt to defend. That super star is their glaring weak spot.
4. Tiger Woods
Sarah: I am beginning to think that he will never bounce back. And to be honest, I do not care. There are other exciting golfers out there. And to add to my previous honest disclosure, the Tiger Woods story is wearing thin on my attention span. I think it is time to close that book and open a book about Bubba or Rory.
5. The Tim Tebow + Mark Sanchez love affair
Sarah: They are under the microscope. Of course they will 'get along.' But don't forget, although they wear the same team colors, they are rivals. Don't expect Sanchez to take shots off of Tebow's back as he tebows.
6. Josh Beckett
Sarah: Dooooooooouche. What else can you expect from a guy that takes 3 hours to prepare for a pitch? Imagine how many practice swings he takes on the golf course. Oh. My God.
7. The Bulls
Sarah: Well crap. I don't necessarily like the Bulls. But I do like Derrick Rose. And I feel like this team gets the raw end of the deal each year when it comes playoff time. Unfortunately for people who like the humble athlete, the Rose injury has destroyed all hopes of a Miami Heat fail. But hey, we can still cheer those Pacers on.
8. LeBron is the MVP
Sarah: They should award this honor AFTER the championship series. In the past, LeBron has pulled disappearing acts in the playoffs. Lets see if he remains relevant throughout the playoffs.
Okay. I have lost interest. I am done. We will post more. We will try to document our golf outings as well. Mike has a lesson tomorrow - maybe he can blab about it.
